Since the foundation of my business is based on learning more about you and your story, it only feels fair to let you in on mine.
It’s a little cheesy to say that it all started with a gal and her camera, but that’s the truth. My journey started when I took a general photography class in my senior year of high school. Back then, I thought I was just filling a credit to graduate, but little did I know that I was actually planting the seed for my passion and career to develop over the next couple of years — which is SO crazy to look back on.
Since officially starting my business four years ago, I have shed blood, sweat, and tears building this little business from the ground up, worked with THE SWEETEST clients, absorbed so much knowledge and experience in the wedding industry, and have had the honor of documenting so many deserving stories.

MY APPROACH TO
When you are looking for a photographer, it’s really important to get a feel for their approach to not only your photos, but your experience — because every photographer and client is different!
With both weddings and portrait sessions, I strive to guide you before, during, and after my service. A lot of photographers claim that they are “a fly on the wall” and you won’t even know that they are there. While there are some parts of my service where that is the case, I find that my clients LOVE direction and guidance throughout their time with me. The last thing you want to worry about during your wedding day or session is what to do with your hands or if your hair looks good. My job is to have you experience your special moments while also making sure it looks good for documentation. With that being said, I only document what’s true to the day in order to authentically represent this moment in your life.
